Final stats released

    Several Caribou basketball players were among the statistical leaders in the Big East Conference this past season.
    For the girls, junior Jenna Selander made the top-10 in several categories. She was second in scoring at 15.11 ppg, second in field goal percentage at 45.96 percent, fourth in three-point field goal percentage at 35.56 percent, seventh in rebounding at 6.33 per game and seventh in assists at 2.33 per game.     The other Viking who was among the leaders was Dayna Michaud, who was 10th in field goal percentage at 42.11 percent.
    For boys, junior Matt Till and senior Cameron Anderson were in the top-10 in scoring. Till was fifth at 13.33 ppg and Anderson was seventh at 11.94 ppg.
    Till was also second in three-point field goal percentage at 38.46 percent, while Anderson was seventh in steals at 1.61 per game.
    Senior Chris Nadeau was seventh in rebounding at 5.94 per game.
    The Big East senior all-star games will be held Saturday, March 6 at Hermon High School. The girls will tip off at 1 p.m. and the boys at 3 p.m. Also that day, player of the year, coach of the year, all-conference teams, all-defensive, all-academic, spirit and sportsmanship awards will be presented.
