    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of December 2009 and January and February 2010.
    Stephanie Brewer, 36, Portland: probation violation, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Jason Wayne Caron, 37, Smyrna Mills: assault, $300 fine and 14 days in jail; criminal mischief, 14 days in jail and domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail all but 14 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,000 restitution.
    Ryan Cottle, 25, Biddeford: probation violation, eight months in jail and probation revoked.
    Vivian Clyde Criswell III, 53, Benedicta: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation, criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.
    Dustin G. Cullins, 22, Mars Hill: assault, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; burglary, dismissed and criminal trespass, 60 days in jail.
    Todd Dawson, 44, Coatesville, Penn.: possession of firearm when prohibited, dismissed.
    Jesse J. Degenhardt, 23, Houlton: probation violation (two counts), one year in prison and probation revoked (each), theft by deception, three years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $1,500 restitution.
    Steven J. Gonya, 24, Brewer: probation violation, 12 months in prison and probation revoked.
    Joseph J. Hardy, 22, Ludlow: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Stephen W. Hersey, 42, Medway: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Verne NMN Lee, 63, Oakfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (each).
    Nathan R. London, 26, Oakfield: burglary, two years in prison all but 147 days suspended, two years’ probation and $300 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in prison; aggravated reckless conduct, dismissed and trafficking in prison contraband, 30 days in jail.
    Meghan L. McLaughlin, 25, Dyer Brook: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine and operating under the influence, not guilty.
    Gilbert Berton Moran, 48, Hodgdon: assault, $10 fine, five years in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Nathan L. Murphy, 34, Merrill: burglary, three years in prison all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,137.74 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
    Brad Plourde, 25, Eagle Lake: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, eight years in prison all but four years suspended and three years’ probation; violating condition of release, one year in prison.
    Nathan R. Richards, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison all but 10 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Steven W. Sanders, 30, Linneus: illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.
    Tyler J. Saucier, 23, Biddeford: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
    Ronald H. Trecartin, 27, Houlton: probation violation, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Halston Wiley, 50, Linneus: unlawful sexual contact, five years in prison all but two years suspended and two years’ probation.
    Andrew L. Allen, 44, Sherman Mills: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and nine months, one day in jail.
    Jennifer Annett, 34, Houlton: assault, $300 fine and 21 days in jail, criminal mischief, 21 days in jail and $724.88 restitution.
    Betty J. Bishop, 53, Island Falls: assault, filed on $300 costs.
    Patrick G. Brewer, 31, Monticello: OUI (two counts), dismissed (first) and $500 fine and 90-day license suspension (second), driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Casey Corbett, 21, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Jamie Day, 20, Hodgdon: robbery, dismissed; criminal threatening, 364 days in jail, all suspended and one year’s probation; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
    Barry A. Goodall, 25, Houlton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone (two counts), $400 fine, five years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second); attaching false plates, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and six months in jail (second); unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 364 days in jail (first) and $400 fine and one year in prison (second).
    Greg W. Hitchcock, 37, Smyrna: burglary, two years in prison and $5,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 60 days in jail (first), two years in prison and $3,400 restitution (second); violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.
    Nicholas J. Hovey, 19, Houlton: criminal threatening, 75 days in jail and criminal mischief, 75 days in jail and $1,000 restitution.
    Donald McLead, 41, Marietta, Ohio: unlawful possession of oxycodone, filed on $750 costs.
    Andrew C. Nickerson, 18, New Limerick: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, filed on $500 costs.
    Ashley Quint, 23, Hodgdon: endangering the welfare of a child, $300 fine, all suspended; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all suspended and one year’s probation; driving to endanger, dismissed.
    Fred W. Richard, 40, Oakfield: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
    Stanley E. Ritchie, 44, Oakfield: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail, all suspended; criminal mischief (three counts), $300 fine, all suspended (each).
    Eric D. Stevens, 37, Houlton: violating condition of release, 98 days in jail.
    Heidi L. White, 30, Houlton: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 42 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    David J. Anderson, 43, Monticello: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 90 days in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail and operating after registration suspended, dismissed.
    Marshall I. Benn, 30, Hammond Twp.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year’s probation, 50 hours’ community service and $12,267.76 restitution (each).
    Calvin Bouchard, 50, Oakfield: probation violation, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 20 days suspended, two years’ probation.
    Jesse Davis, 24, Houlton: probation violation, 215 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; unlawful possession of hydrocodone and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
    Brian Donnelly, 42, Houlton: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
    Matthew Hathaway, 24, Houlton: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Karyn Hemingway, 21, Blaine: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), $400 fine (each).
    Darcy E. Henderson, 27, Amity: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (three counts), five years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $2,500 restitution (first), six months in jail (second and third); burglary, five years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $279.11 restitution; negotiating a worthless instrument, six months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Jerry Hinson, 40, Rock Hill, S.C.: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, filed on $1,000 costs.
    Nicholas C. Lorom, 25, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
    Kenneth McCrary, 19, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Holly L. Randall, 51, Rockport, Mass.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed
    Aaron E. Reese, 27, Bangor: burglary, 18 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison and violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.
    Christina A. Shorey, 25, Easton: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
