Three pageant titles

awarded at Mars Hill competition

    The Pre-Teen, Junior and Teen Miss Mars Hill 2010 Pageant was held on Saturday, May 1, at the Community Center. Following the opening routine, the girls competed in Casual Wear, Talent and Evening Wear. 

    Kelsey Dominique is the daughter of Steve and Kassandra Dominique. She performed an energetic clogging dance to “Up” by Shania Twain. Kelsey was crowned Miss Pre-Teen 2010.
    Natasha Klinger received the Spirit Award. The daughter of Janeil Klinger, Natasha performed a jump rope/dance routine to “Push It To The Limit.”
    Jordan Canney performed a dance routine to “Walking On Sunshine.” Jordan is the daughter of Robert and Kelly Canney.
    Courtney Milliard was named the first runner-up in the Junior Miss category. The daughter of Steven and Tracey Milliard, Courtney sang “Crazier” by Taylor Swift.
    Brooke Cyr is the daughter of Tina Cyr. She danced to “So Much Better” from the “Legally Blonde” musical as her talent. Brooke was crowned Junior Miss Mars Hill 2010.
    Ivy Davis danced to “Crazy In Love” by Beyonce for her talent. Ivy is the daughter of Heather Maillett.
    Mariah Brewer received the award for High Ticket Sales. The daughter of Tim and Colleen Brewer, Mariah sang “Breakaway” by Kelly Clarkson as her talent.
    Kellie Stitham is the daughter of David and Norma Stitham. She performed a gymnastic dance routine to “Evacuate The Dance Floor” as her talent.
    Whitney Klein was crowned Miss Teen Mars Hill 2010. The daughter of Jerry and Nancy Klein, Whitney performed a dance routine to “Battlefield” by Jordin Sparks.
    Others providing entertainment during the pageant were 2009 Junior Miss Stephanie Dame, 2010 Little Miss Mars Hill Gracie Giberson and 2010 Miss Mars Hill Brittni Mosher.

Was crowned the 2010 Miss Teen Mars Hill during the pageant on May 1. She danced to “Battlefield” by Jordin Sparks as her talent.

 

 

NATASHA KLINGER

 

Did a jump rope/dance routine as her talent in the Junior Miss Mars Hill Pageant on May 1. Natasha received the Spirit Award.

 

 

 

MARIAH BREWER

Sang “Crazier” by Taylor Swift as her talent in the Junior Miss Mars Hill Pageant on May 1. Courtney was named the first runner-up.

Was crowned the 2010 Junior Miss Mars Hill on May 1. She danced to “So Much Better” as her talent.
