Dutch Soccer Academy
holding local camps
The Dutch Soccer Academy is offering an overnight camp at the University of Maine at Presque Isle July 5-9 for boys and girls entering grades 7-12 and students who have just completed their senior year.
Lodging will be at both Northern Maine Community College and UM-Presque Isle. Students staying at NMCC will be shuttled to UMPI each day. Tuition is $410 for overnighters and $330 for commuters. Family discounts are available.
A day camp is also being offered in Presque Isle July 12-16. Held at NMCC, grades K-4 meet from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and grades 5-9 from 1:30-4:30 p.m.
Tuition is $95 for the three-hour camp, with discounts for families available.
The Dutch Soccer Academy is co-directed by Robbie and Tammy Krul of Caribou. Numerous other coaches, most from Europe, are part of the staff.
