CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Darrell J. Ashby, 41, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (both).
Shawn M. Berube, 27, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $700 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Patricia A. Brewer, 43, Mars Hill: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
Travis J. Brooker, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
Terrance M. Bubar, 29, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Timothy J. Burns, 44, Limestone: forgery, not guilty; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $3,680.25 restitution.
Lee D. Crandall, 26, Oakfield: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
Gary K. Cyr, 56, Van Buren: OUI (two counts), $500 fine and 90-day license suspension (first) and $500 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension (second).
Andrew Delpezza, 41, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $400 fine.
John K. Deveau, Jr., 28, Mars Hill: criminal mischief (two counts), dismissed (both), criminal attempt (two counts), 364 days in jail (each) and $550 restitution (first).
Robert A. Doody, 44, Caribou: domestic violence assault, not guilty.
Marc P. Duperry, 25, Ashland: OUI, $600 fine and 90-day license suspension, failing to stop, remain, provide information, dismissed.
Jennifer D. Hathorn, 35, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), four months in jail (each), violating condition of release, four months in jail.
Melissa K. Hewey, 36, Bridgewater: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.
Rebecca Hickey, 53, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Robert D. Jackson, Jr., 41, Castle Hill: OUI, one prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Dana Jones, 53, Caribou: OUI, $700 fine and 90-day license suspension, operating ATV under influence over 21 and .08 percent, dismissed.
Shaun C. Kinney, 32, Presque Isle: criminal mischief (two counts), 90 days in jail (first) and 30 days in jail (second), robbery, dismissed, criminal trespass, 90 days in jail, assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Richard C. Kish, 44, Caribou: burglary (four counts), four years in prison all but four months suspended, two-year probation and $383 restitution (first), four months in jail (second, third, fourth), criminal mischief, four months in jail, false public alarm or report, four months in jail, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts), four months in jail (each).
Dean J. Loupin, 51, Perry: negotiating a worthless instrument, filed with $500 costs.
Josephine K. Lowe, 60, Ketchum, Idaho: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, filed with $500 costs.
