CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Darrell J. Ashby, 41, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (both).
Shawn M. Berube, 27, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $700 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Patricia A. Brewer, 43, Mars Hill: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
Travis J. Brooker, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
Terrance M. Bubar, 29, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Timothy J. Burns, 44, Limestone: forgery, not guilty; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $3,680.25 restitution.
Lee D. Crandall, 26, Oakfield: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
Gary K. Cyr, 56, Van Buren: OUI (two counts), $500 fine and 90-day license suspension (first) and $500 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension (second).
Andrew Delpezza, 41, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $400 fine.
John K. Deveau, Jr., 28, Mars Hill: criminal mischief (two counts), dismissed (both), criminal attempt (two counts), 364 days in jail (each) and $550 restitution (first).
Robert A. Doody, 44, Caribou: domestic violence assault, not guilty.
Marc P. Duperry, 25, Ashland: OUI, $600 fine and 90-day license suspension, failing to stop, remain, provide information, dismissed.
Jennifer D. Hathorn, 35, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), four months in jail (each), violating condition of release, four months in jail.
Melissa K. Hewey, 36, Bridgewater: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.
Rebecca Hickey, 53, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Robert D. Jackson, Jr., 41, Castle Hill: OUI, one prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Dana Jones, 53, Caribou: OUI, $700 fine and 90-day license suspension, operating ATV under influence over 21 and .08 percent, dismissed.
Shaun C. Kinney, 32, Presque Isle: criminal mischief (two counts), 90 days in jail (first) and 30 days in jail (second), robbery, dismissed, criminal trespass, 90 days in jail, assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Richard C. Kish, 44, Caribou: burglary (four counts), four years in prison all but four months suspended, two-year probation and $383 restitution (first), four months in jail (second, third, fourth), criminal mischief, four months in jail, false public alarm or report, four months in jail, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts), four months in jail (each).
Dean J. Loupin, 51, Perry: negotiating a worthless instrument, filed with $500 costs.
Josephine K. Lowe, 60, Ketchum, Idaho: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, filed with $500 costs.
Rosalie R. Lowe, 22, Portland, Ore.: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, filed with $500 costs.
Brian R. McBreairty, 42, Limestone: burglary (seven counts), four years in prison all but three years suspended, two years’ probation and $47,541.23 restitution (first), four years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $47,541.23 restitution (second), three years in prison (third, fourth, fifth), four years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $47,541.23 restitution (six), three years in prison (seven); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (seven counts), 364 days in prison (first, second, six), three years in prison (three, four), six months in prison (five, seven); criminal mischief, 364 days in prison; aggravated criminal mischief (seven counts), three years in prison (all).
Joseph W. McNeal, 73, Caribou: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, nine months in jail all but 60 days suspended, one years’ probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Danielle A. McQuarrie, 28, Madawaska: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation revoked, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $700 fine and 90 days in jail all but seven days suspended, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Amber R. Miles-Fleming, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Bertha Moore, 51, Van Buren: harassment by telephone, criminal mischief, violating protective order and violating condition of release, 55 days in jail (each).
Jennifer D. Morenault, 35, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Perry W. Morton, 51, Cary Plantation: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
Andrea Norris, 48, Wallagrass: driving to endanger, $750 fine, 30 days in jail all suspended, 30-day license suspension.
Tracy L. Richardson, 30, Castle Hill: assault, $1,000 fine.
Daniel S. Rockhold, 21, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Brenda M. Rossignol, 30, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
Ricky J. Roussel, 31, Limestone: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Wendy S. Severson, 56, Phippsburg: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
Pauline M. Sherwood, 56, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail all suspended and one year probation.
Anthony M. Vangel, 20, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail (each) and $314.43 restitution (second).
Robert J. Ventura, 38, Fort Fairfield: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, terrorizing, obstructing report of crime and gross sexual assault, dismissed (all), assault, 364 days in jail.
Chad B. Walton, 28, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, six years in prison all but 18 months suspended, four years’ probation and $289.15 restitution, violating condition of release, four months in jail, terrorizing, 15 days in jail, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
Jay A. Webb, 36, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, cond/restriction, two days in jail, OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
Edwin D. Weiland, 33, Caribou: burglary, withdrawn.
Kyle R. Whittier, 21, Presque Isle: stalking, assault, violating condition of release, dismissed (all), violating protective order, 72 hours in jail.
Roland W. Wight, 41, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, filed with $400 court costs.
Wayne Wilbur, 52, Windham: criminal trespass, six months in jail and $250 restitution.
