Homecoming schedule
PRESQUE ISLE – Plenty of sporting events are planned involving University of Maine at Presque Isle athletics for Homecoming Weekend.
On Friday, UM-Machias travels up to the County for a soccer doubleheader. The men’s match is at 1 p.m. at Park Family Field, followed by the women playing at 3 p.m.
Also that day, the UMPI baseball team will host UM-Fort Kent for a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. at the James E. Dyer Field behind Presque Isle High School.
Saturday will kick off with an invitational cross country meet beginning at 11 a.m. with the women’s race and 11:45 a.m. for the men.
Husson University is in town for a volleyball doubleheader at Wieden Gymnasium beginning at 11 a.m.
Maine Maritime Academy is the opponent for a men’s and women’s soccer doubleheader Saturday afternoon beginning at 1 p.m.
