Do the math
    25 equals 25. (25 + 5 = 25) or even (25 + 10 = 25)
    If your math teacher taught you that what is written above is true, you could have a problem, and it’s not a math problem. The Law says that 25 mph = 25 mph, and 25 + 5 = $119 fine, and 25 + 10 = $137 fine.
