CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.

Mark McKissick, 36, Caribou: assault, $500 fine.

Richard L. Merchant, 30, Hermon: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.

Joshua J. Merriam, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, one year in prison.

Natasha R. Michaud, 22, Van Buren: criminal mischief, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and $300 restitution; burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Jonathan F. Montgomery, 43, Van Buren: OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, two years in jail, all but 40 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, – OUI, $500 fine and seven days in jail.

Tristan S. Nelson, 31, Madawaska: burglary of a motor vehicle (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).

Daniel G. Ouellet, 31, Dover, N.H.: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; and assault, dismissed.

Harold Ouellet, 44, Saint-Raymond, Que.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $250 costs.

Todd P. Ouellette, 37, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail; and forgery, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended, three years’ probation and $27,780.12 restitution.

Louise J. Philbrick, 26, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension.

Timothy E. Quint, Jr., 21, Hodgdon: criminal threatening, 21 days in jail; and assault (two counts), $300 fine and 21 days in jail (each).

Jennifer F. Rice, 28, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $200 costs.

Ty Rothlauf, 44, Washburn: aggravated criminal mischief, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $10,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but six months suspended, three years’ probation and $25,000 restitution; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release, 90 days in jail (each); and criminal mischief, 90 days in jail and $1,000 restitution.

David Ruest, 50, Van Buren: criminal trespass, $400 fine; and criminal threatening, dismissed.

Alexandra Saunders, 21, Monroe: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.

Logan C. Scott, 20, Caribou: domestic violence terrorizing, 364 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation; and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

James K. Shade, 32, Limestone: criminal restraint, $200 fine and 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 11 months in jail, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; and obstructing report of crime, 30 days in jail.

Jason R. Shaw, 25, East Wilton, OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six years’ license suspension.

Thirisha Simon, 32, Caribou: burglary, withdrawn.

Mark R. Skidgel, 36, Perham: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension; violating condition of release, five days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, 18 months in jail, all but six months suspended and one year probation.

Matthew A. Skidgel, 22, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; driving to endanger and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, dismissed (each).

Benjamin E. Small, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, 12 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one year probation.

Dustin C. Sutton, 23, Presque Isle: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation; violating condition of release (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 30 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.

David B. Taylor, 58, Standish: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), $500 fine (first) and dismissed (second).

Dennis J. White, 49, Woodland: aggravated forgery, dismissed; and forgery, $500 fine and $380 restitution.

Wesley C. Williamson, 47, Presque Isle: OUI, no test, $1,241.66 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Sarah Wright, 24, Limestone: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $5,000 fine, six years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation and $140 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and six months in jail (each); violating condition of release, six months in jail; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in jail.

Donna L. York, 43, Fort Fairfield: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, filed on $500 costs; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Michael A. York, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine, three years in jail, all but 45 days suspended, two years’ probation and $49 restitution.
