WINNER — Braeden Detour, left, of Sherman made a successful half-court shot during halftime of the girls Katahdin High School basketball game against Southern Aroostook on Dec. 29. The check was presented to Detour by Katahdin Trust Company Patten Branch Manager, Emily Hosford. Participating schools throughout northern Maine will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets at home games with the chance to shoot from half court. Katahdin Trust Company will award $500 for a successful half-court shot.
