7-OH-9 Coffee House

PRESQUE ISLE — The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s 7-OH-9 Coffee House will host New York City-based musician Rachel Platten on Tuesday, March 1, at 7:09 p.m. in the University’s Campus Center Owl’s Nest. The Boston Globe and the New York Post have been singing her praises; come out and see for yourself. This event is free and open to the public. Book Fair scheduled

PRESQUE ISLE — The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Student Activities Office will be hosting a Book Fair on Wednesday, March 2, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the University’s Campus Center. This event is to serve as a fundraiser, and funds received will assist in hosting all campus events that are not specific to a certain club, organization or office. Books sold will be for both youth and adults. Wednesday Movie Night Series

 

PRESQUE ISLE — The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Campus Activities Board will continue the student-organization sponsored Wednesday Movie Night Series on Wednesday, March 2, when it shows “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.” Shows will be at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. in the University’s Campus Center Room 118. This event is free and open to the public. The Wednesday Night Movie Series will continue through the spring semester. For more information contact the Student Activities Office at 768-9582.
