The Northern Maine Soap Box Derby is now accepting registrations for its 15th annual derby race. The race is set for Saturday, June 18 at Derby Hill in Houlton’s Community Park.
Youth must be eight years old by June 18 through 17 years to participate. The derby will have the two divisions, stock and super stock. Registration fee is $30 per racer. Deadline for registrations is May 1.

Cars will be needed again this year, so if anyone has a car and needs a driver, contact a derby committee member, call the rec or e-mail rec.programs@houlton-maine.com.
