Three individuals have walked away winners, after purchasing lottery tickets at stores in Caribou and Houlton.
The biggest winner was Bradley Humphrey, of Presque Isle, whose purchase of a $3 Connect 4 instant ticket from Daigle Oil in Houlton netted him $50,000.
Scratching also earned two other individuals $10,000 each.
Jo-Ann Cournoyer, of Caribou, won $10,000 after buying a $2 5X the Money instant ticket at Circle K in Caribou. Kevin Forcier, of Clearwater, Fla., tried his hand with a $5 Tripling 777 instant ticket, also bought at a Circle K store – this time in Houlton – making the trip from his home state a bit more worthwhile, adding $10,000 to his pocket for his trek back.
Officials with the Maine Lottery remind all to play responsibly.
