Members of the Loring Job Corps Student Government and leaders of the Loring Military prep program recently attended the Statehouse in Augusta by invitation of Rep. Bernard Ayotte of Caswell on March 3. The students gained a first-hand look at many aspects of the state government process and had an opportunity to see democracy in action during the morning session held by the House of Representatives. The students were introduced to the House and received a round of applause from the House members for their presence.
