Connor Twp. – John Wayne Coleman, 53, husband of Patricia (Riedl) Coleman, died March 15, 2011 at his residence. He was born at Worcester, Mass., February 24, 1958, the son of Clarence and Joan (Choiniere) Coleman. After graduation, John served with the U.S. Army. John was self-employed, owning several businesses in various locations. He enjoyed traveling and for that was nicknamed “The Wanderer”. He was a member of the Stockholm American Legion and was an avid lover of Corvettes and John Wayne movies. His love for his family and children will live on forever.
John is survived by his wife, Patricia of Connor Twp.; his mother, Joan of Worcester, Mass.; one son, John Coleman Jr. of Connor Twp.; two daughters, Johanna Claire Coleman of Connor Twp. and Makayla Coleman of N.C.; two step-dauhters, Kimberly and Emily Osborn both of Connor Twp.; one brother, James Coleman of Va.; three sisters, Nancy Johnson of Caribou, Donna Dipilato and Susan Granger both of Mass.; a half-brother, George Coleman of Fla. and several nieces and nephews and his extended family in North Carolina. He was predeceased by his father.
