CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in District Court in Caribou during the month of January.

Brandon Adams, 18, Connor Twp.: driving to endanger, filed without costs.

Erik M. Anderson, 19, Caribou: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine and 20 hours’ community service.

Mark Baity, 46, Limestone: operating under the influence, $600 fine, three days in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Rodney E. Belmain, 51, Washburn: OUI, $750 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Benjiman Blackstone, 18, Caribou: driving to endanger, filed without costs.

Angel D. Boyd, 37, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $100 fine, two days in jail and $137.94 restitution (first) and 48 hours in jail and $137.94 restitution (second).

Jayson J. Boyd, 19, Caribou: failing to make oral or written accident report, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Ryan Bragg, 24, Washburn: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Danielle Brigley, 20, New Sweden: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Jerry B. Clavette, 19, Van Buren: hunting or possessing deer during closed season, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.

Darrell Anthony Clement, 47, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Roy E. Cloney, Jr., 43, Caribou: domestic violence criminal threatening, $300 fine and five days in jail; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail, all but five days suspended and two years’ probation.

Chelsea Clowes, 22, Stockholm: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

James B. Coolidge, 54, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, five days in jail (each).

Samantha L. Cross, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Logan D. Cyr, 22, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Tammy L. Cyr, 47, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

Jessie Damboise, 33, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Ryan Michael Dionne, 21, Limestone: OUI, one prior (two counts), $700 fine, 50 days in jail and three years’ license suspension (each); refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 50 days in jail; and violating condition of release (two counts), 50 days in jail (each).

Peter J. Duby, 37, Caribou: assault, $300 fine.

Shannon M. Duplessie, 36, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.

James Evans, 34, Caribou: violating protective order, $100 fine.

Russell Keith Farley, Jr., 50, Washburn: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.

Leland R. Frost, 63, Caribou: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $400 fine.

Adam Green, 23, Van Buren: terrorizing, dismissed.

Christine Hart, 26, Caribou: hindering apprehension of prosecution, 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Johnny P. Hicks, 33, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $500 fine; and attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Gilbert J. King, Jr., 49, Limestone: making material misstatement of fact, filed on $100 costs.

John King, 32, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Lionel King, 57, Limestone: operating unregistered ATV, $130 fine.

Jiri Krejci, 38, Caribou: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.

Jason Levesque, 18, Caribou: failing to stop, remain, provide information, filed without costs.

Christopher Mancos, 31, Caribou: violating condition of release, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.

Maranda L. Mancos, 28, Caribou: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise; and assault, 30 days in jail (each).

Jesse McDonald, 31, Caribou: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Christopher McIntyre, 51, Great Meadows, N.J.: rule violation, failing to possess previous seven days status, $250 fine.

Ian McLauchlan, 23, Caribou: OUI, one prior, $750 fine, 90 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation and three years’ license and registration suspended.

Kelli R. Monteith, 22, Caribou: OUI, $600 fine, three days in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Philip Muckler, 47, New Denmark, N.B.: making material misstatement of fact, filed on $100 costs.

Jared M. Patane, 21, Limestone: violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Marianne A. Paul, 24, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two days in jail and $180 restitution.

Andre N. Picard, 68, Sinclair: night hunting, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.

Darren Pye, 32, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Daniel S. Rockhold, 22, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoke, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.

Richard Ruggles, 27, New Sweden: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Michael J. Saucier, Jr., 28, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $200 fine.

Bryan Schurman, 20, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Stephanie Simon, 34, Caribou: allowing dog to be at-large, $50 fine.

Jason R. Soucie, 38, Woodland: violating condition of release, $250 fine and three days in jail.

Michele Tompkins, 44, Caribou: permitting unlawful use, $150 fine.

Joshua Tracy, 23, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Jose Valle, 32, Caribou: violating protective order, dismissed.

Stephanie Vierkant, 30, Ashland: operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.

Edwin Danks Weiland, 33, Caribou: criminal trespassing, 20 hours’ community service.

Dennis White, 49, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail and $150 restitution.

Kenny J. Whitmore, 30, Caribou: violating condition of release, $100 fine and 48 hours in jail.
