FIRE DAMAGES TRUCK
The Presque Isle Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at the Marden’s parking lot off north Main Street around 7:49 a.m. Tuesday, March 22.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a GMC Sierra, registered to George Dean, of Castle Hill, engulfed in flames.
The fire was quickly put out, but not before it caused considerable damage to the engine area and cab. The cause of the fire is described as “undetermined.” No injuries were reported.
