WILLIAMS — A girl, Isabella Moon Williams, born to Crystal Doucette and Jack Williams of Presque Isle, on Jan. 31, 2011. Maternal grandparents are Lloyd and Lynn Chaison of Corinna. Paternal grandparents are Donna Chase of Houlton and Jack Williams, Sr. of Lyndonville, Vt.
