Aroostook County is well worth the investment
To the editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for the recent honor bestowed on me as recipient of the 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award.
Having lived away from the area in several different locations around the world, I can honestly say that the people of Presque Isle, and indeed, Aroostook County, are very special. They are honest, hardworking, caring and giving.
It has been an honor to be able to offer my time and financial support not only to local projects but to our young people.
