Contributed photoSAD 29 students, led by the student council, recently donated $400 to Houlton Regional Hospital’s digital mammography campaign. The money was raised through the school’s Change for Change event. Once a week, change is collected from students and faculty and donated to a different cause each week. The students chose to donate these funds in memory of Brenda Putnam, who recently died from breast cancer. Taking part in the presentation are, from left, Sue McLaughlin, radiology manager; Tom Moakler, CEO of Houlton Regional Hospital; sutdents Lucas Anderson, Abby Kinnens and Sydney Richardson; and Lori McGillicuddy, 21st CCLC Coordinator of Houlton High School.
