    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
    Robert R. Anderson, 60, Oakfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
    Jared O. Bartlett, 19, Houlton: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and operating under the influence, dismissed.
    Joyce M. Brewer, 45, Houlton: failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.
    Randy A. Brown, 29, Mars Hill: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    William Campbell, 23, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, three years’ probation and $751 restitution; and burglary of a motor vehicle, 30 days in jail.
    Sean B. Carver, 25, Mt. Uniacke, N.S.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Randall Casale, 46, Cumberland: assault, $500 fine.
    Casey Corbett, 22, Houlton: probation violation (three counts), 32 months in prison and probation revoked (first), 27 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued (second), and 10 months in prison (third); violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; burglary, 48 months in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $200 restitution; theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 90 days in jail (each); and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
    Debra Crawford, 47, Houlton: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; hindering apprehension or prosecution, $500 fine, three months in jail, all but five days suspended and one year’s probation; and obstructing criminal prosecution, dismissed.
    Derek A. Doughty, 20, Hodgdon: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $130.20 restitution.
    Jack Doughty, 27, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; burglary of a motor vehicle, 30 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, three years’ probation and $751 restitution.
    David G. Driscoll, 24, Halifax, N.S.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $1,200 fine (first) and dismissed (second).
    Thomas F. Duclos, 63, Hodgdon: reckless conduct, dismissed.
    Crystal L. Fitzpatrick, 35, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $3,300 restitution.
    Jared E. Fogg, 20, Winn: probation violation, five months in jail and probation partially revoked.
    Thomas F. Frazier, 24, Island Falls: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one year admin. release sentence.
    Dustin L. Grant, 24, Patten: assault, $500 fine and 29 days in jail.
    Lionel W. Hamm, 40, Oakfield: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Frederick Paul Homchuck, 32, Monticello: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and burglary, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, three years’ probation and $300 restitution.
    Jocelyn L. Howe, 27, Monticello: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $2,059.89 restitution; and theft by unauthorized use of property, $250 fine.
    Colleen C. Hoxie, 33, Houlton: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
    Bryon D. Jacobs, 35, Stacyville: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, (two counts), nine months one day in prison (first) and six months in jail (second); and operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
    Mona Violet Lake, 49, Newport: theft by deception, filed on $400 costs.
    Richard M. Langley, 58, Houlton: reckless conduct and discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine (each).
    Joshua R. Lee, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, four years two months in prison, probation revoked.
    Joshua M. Maynard, 28, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail and one year’s license suspension.
    Danielle M. McGuire, 19, Monticello: assault, $300 fine, 14 days in jail, all suspended, one year admin. release sentence and 40 hours’ community service.
    Travis J. McNinch, 28, Monticello: burglary of a motor vehicle, 20 days in jail.
    Edward H. McQuarrie, 42, Cary: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Shawn M. Michaud, 26, Stacyville: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.
    Mark Milbury, 53, Bedell, N.B: driving to endanger, dismissed.
    Ryan R. Nason, 21, Smyrna Mills: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and 80 days in jail (second); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    George Peaslee, 32, Bridgewater: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
     Sandra Perkins, 43, Presque Isle: trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.
    Joao Rasoilo, 45, Mount Chase: illegal possession of firearm, two years in prison, all but 84 days suspended, and one year’s probation.
    Robert J. Russell, 20, Crystal: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), five years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, and three years’ probation and $751 restitution (first), 30 days in jail (second, third, fourth); burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), 60 days in jail (each); burglary (two counts), 90 days in jail (each) and $600 restitution (second); and criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Cheryl Sawyer, 32, Linneus: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $300 fine; assault and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
