A number of volunteers, including several students at Northern Maine Community College and Loring Job Corps, teamed up to make a Westfield family’s wish come true, building a handicapped ramp so the husband — who was diagnosed several years ago with multiple sclerosis — can enter and exit his home with less difficulty. Pictured from left are: Job Corps students Stephen Daigneualt of Massachusetts, John Gee Jr. of Vermont, Paul Kelly of Massachusetts; Jeremane Jones of Connecticut; carpentry instructor Mark Brewer; resident Susan Dyer; and students Justin Wheeler of New Hampshire and Stephen Davidson of Canada.
