American Flag Color    HOULTON – George L. McNinch, 43, died Aug. 3, 2011 at a local hospital. He was born May 4, 1968 at Houlton, the son of Brenda Hanning and Elery Donahue.
    George was a graduate of Houlton High School, class of 1986. He served in the US Army for three years. George worked for many years as a CNA at Houlton Regional Hospital, a clerk at Irving Main Way, and for the Blow Brothers of Old Orchard. He was a member of the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians and enjoyed working on computers, listening to music, fishing and reading daily.
    George is survived by his wife, Tammy (Reeves) McNinch of Houlton; his dad, Ray McNinch and his wife, Pat of Brewer; his father, Elery Donahue and his wife, Joanne of Littleton; three sisters, Tina Graham and her husband, Bret, Loretta Donahue, all of Houlton, Brenda Johnson and her husband, Heath of CT; many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews; his pets, Casey, Smokey and Miss Priss. He was predeceased by his mother Brenda Hanning.
