CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
Philip C. Adams, 35, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first) and $1,000 fine, 10 days in jail and $500 restitution (second).
Ingrid E. Allen, 30, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $400 costs.
Oyebisi Aremu, 37, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $800 costs.
Mathew J. Benn, 29, Bridgewater: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
Eric D. Blanchette, 30, St. Agatha: operating under the influence, no test, prior, $1,000 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Jay W. Blosser, 29, Easton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 14 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and one-year probation (first), $250 fine and 45 days in jail (second, third); and violating condition of release (two counts), 45 days in jail (each).
Anthony M. Bohovich, 25, Fort Fairfield: OUI, prior, $1,000, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
Chad Brescia, 35, Fort Fairfield: endangering the welfare of a child and assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
Michael W. Bull, 57, Washburn: domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $700 fine.
Nathan C. Corbin, 20, Caribou: aggravated assault and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Jason Corey, 27, Connor Twp.: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
Mark L. Crouch, 54, Caribou: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
Craig A. Cyr, 22, Madawaska: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in prison; and burglary, one year in prison.
Dolan L. Cyr, 19, Cumberland: forgery, $320 fine and 20 days in jail.
Douglas A. Everett, Jr., 30, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but four months suspended and two years’ probation; and burglary, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $2,771.60 restitution.
Dennis J. Finnemore, 62, Mapleton: terrorizing, $300 fine, $150 suspended and 48 hours in jail; threatening display of weapon, dismissed; violating condition of release and harassment by telephone, four days in jail (each).
Robert L. Fitzsimmons, Jr., 28, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 16 months in prison; assault, $300 fine and 11 months in prison; and burglary, six years in prison, all but 16 months suspended and three years’ probation.
Michael Fortin, 46, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18 months license suspension.
Jean Marc Gagne, 47, Ashland: assault, dismissed.
Jason Goodblood, 25, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), nine months in jail (first), three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation (second); probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked; and domestic violence criminal threatening and obstructing report of crime, nine months in jail (each).
Douglas H. Gough, 43, Mapleton: eluding an officer, $1,000 fine, five years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; driving to endanger, 90 days in jail and 180-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 90 days in jail; motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, 90 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
Matthew B. Guzman, 20, Caribou: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
