Gingerbread house decorating contest
On Friday, Dec. 2 there will be gingerbread house decorating at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center from 6-8 p.m. Pre-registration is required. This event is being sponsored by Sleepers Grocery.
Youth ski rental program
The Northern Skiers Club and the Caribou Parks and Recreation Department have partnered to bring the Youth Ski Rental Program back to Caribou for all Caribou youths grades 1-8. This year’s seasonal rentals include skis, boots, poles and a carrier for a fee of $80 which includes a $20 refund upon the return of the equipment in the spring. This limited amount of equipment will be available on a first come first serve basis through Dec. 1. Rental forms are available at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center office. Don’t miss this opportunity to have fun in the snow this winter.
