The Houlton Recreation Department has announced its hours and ongoing activities for the week of Wednesday, Dec 21.
Open gym hours:
Grades 2-12: Wed., Dec. 21, CLOSED, Thurs., Dec. 22, CLOSED, Fri., Dec. 23, CLOSED, Sat., Dec. 24, CLOSED, Sun., Dec. 25, CLOSED MERRY CHRISTMAS, Mon., Dec. 26, 1-4 p.m., and Tues., Dec. 27, 1-4 p.m.
Game Room hours:
    Grades 2-12: Wed., Dec. 21, 2:45-5 p.m., Thurs., Dec. 22, 2:45-5 p.m., Fri., Dec. 23, CLOSED, Sat., Dec. 24, CLOSED, Sun., Dec. 25, CLOSED MERRY CHRISTMAS, Mon., Dec. 26, 1-4 p.m.,  and Tues., Dec. 27, 1-4 p.m.
Weekly activities:
Walking — The gym will be closed the week of Monday Dec. 19. Walking will start again Monday, Dec. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free to all participants.
Men’s Open Gym — The gym will be closed the week of Dec. 19. There will be open gym on Monday Dec. 26 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Cost is $2 per person, must be 18 years of age or older and out of high school to participate.
Women’s Open Gym — The gym will be closed this Thursday.
Parent & Tot Time — The gym will be closed on the week of Dec. 19. Parent and Tot Time will resume on Tuesday, Dec, 27 from 8:30-10 a.m. These unstructured times give parents and tots the chance to meet new friends. Some toys will be provided, but you may bring your own.  Free to all participants.
Umbrella of Care — Will NOT be held this Sunday, Dec. 25.
The Rec. Center’s Open Gym and Game Room hours may change due to scheduled activities. To check on the day’s hours, please call 532-1310.
