    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
    Marshall Benn, 31, Hammond Twp.: domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all suspended, one-year probation and $10,227.76 restitution; gross sexual assault, dismissed; and probation violation, 180 days in jail and probation revoked.
    Calvin Bouchard, 52, Oakfield: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, withdrawn.
    David A. Boyington, 36, Hodgdon: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 60 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Romeo Chamberland, 60, Madawaska: operating under the influence, no test, prior, $900 fine, 14 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
    Jason Allen Depeau, 34, Mars Hill: arson, one year in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Laura Doughty, 25, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (three counts), three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $243 restitution (first), 90 days in jail (second, third); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Dean C. Fitzpatrick, 53, Houlton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
    Barry A. Goodall, 27, Houlton: probation violation, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    David Goodall, 28, Cary: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $500 fine, 10 years in prison, all but four years suspended, four years’ probation and 100 hours’ community service.
    Kirk E. Gould, 44, Sherman: violating condition of release, three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
    Frederick Paul Homchuck, 33, Monticello: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued and $300 restitution.
    Jirad B. Kinney, 33, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
    Ralph D. Levesque, Jr., 24, Houlton: burglary, 24 months in prison, all but 36 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,231.36 restitution.
    Thomas Lowrey, 31, Houlton: aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Scott E. McEntee, 35, Easton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Reginald Michaud, 58, St. John Plt.: theft by deception, $100 fine.
    Tabbatha Osnoe, 28, Danforth: burglary, three years in prison, all but 45 days suspended and three years’ probation; criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail (each); and criminal attempt, 45 days in jail.
    Sasha M. Pullen, 25, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Holly M. Quint, 30, Gorham: assault and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each); and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $300 fine and 72 hours in jail.
    Dana Spaulding, 45, Houlton: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Kayla M. Spiers, 20, Patten: theft by unauthorized use of property, filed without costs.
    Mark Stetson, 41, Bridgewater: violating protective order (two counts), 364 days in prison (each); violating condition of release (three counts), six months in prison (each); domestic violence stalking, 364 days in prison; and domestic violence terrorizing, nine months in prison.
    Salvatore J. Valiante, III, 31, Linneus: obstructing report of crime and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
    Courtney Welton, 51, Lincoln: eluding an officer, violating protective order and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed (each); and driving to endanger, $575 fine, 105 days in jail and 30-day license suspension.
    Milo C. White, Jr., 56, Weston: theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.
