Get back on track during National Nutrition Month

    March is National Nutrition Month, a nutrition education and information campaign created by the American Dietetic Association. The campaign focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices and incorporating physical activity into everyday lifestyles.

    With spring in the air, some of us are looking back at the winter holiday gatherings that left us with unwanted weight gain! Many of us just need a friendly reminder to get ourselves back on track.

    Recognize National Nutrition Month as the month to get back on track. Create a healthier you by engaging in routine exercise and healthy eating habits!
