    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February.
    David C. Boone, 30, Crystal: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and 30 months in prison; and operating under the influence, three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, five years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension.
    Jessie A. Case, 26, Mars Hill: criminal trespass, $300 fine.
    Robert Allen Hansen, 45, Brockton, Mass.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts) and unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed (each).
    Timothy P. Hayes, 48, Prentiss: theft by unauthorized taking or transfers, priors (two counts), one year in prison (each) and $250 restitution (second).
    Denise Hitchcock, 51, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, 24 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Ralph D. Levesque, Jr., 24, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Justin E. Lincoln, 24, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, filed on $500 costs.
    Anthony W. Lord, 31, Mars Hill: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
    Kenneth Moore, 34, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and six years, six months in prison.
    Eric B. Sirois, 20, Madawaska: criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.
    Dallas Tidd, 44, Monticello: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), and stealing drugs, dismissed (each); unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $500 fine, five years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation; and probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
