    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of April.

*    Katherine Allen, 18, Mapleton: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

*    Matthew S. Bagley, 31, Presque Isle: obstructing report of crime, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 75 days in jail, all suspended and two years’ probation.

*    Auburn D. Beardsley, 65, Spencer, Mass.: operating snowmobile to endanger, $250 fine.

*    Danna J. Beaulieu, 30, Mapleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.

*    Jeffrey Bishop, 42, Spencer, Mass.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.

*    Curt A. Boutot, 42, Ashland: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $100 fine.

*    Jennifer Bragg, 31, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

*    Sarah Brewer, 18, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

*    Keith A. Brissette, 20, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), $250 fine and 15 days in jail (second).

*    Randy A. Burnham, 25, Auburn: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

*    Cody Carmichael, 18, Ashland: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

*    Mark Cavanough, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

*    Dennis J. Clair, 34, Bridgewater: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail and $79.99 restitution; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.

*    Michelle R. Clark, 48, Garfield Plt.: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.

*    Jason Cocheran, 34, Westfield: domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

*    Jeffrey M. Curtis, 31, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

*    Brandon Daigle, 21, Presque isle: violating condition of release, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
