The 13th annual CANCER (Caring Area Neighbors for Cancer Education and Recovery) Golf Tournament was held June 2 at Presque Isle Country Club. Twenty six four-person teams competed and proceeds stay in Aroostook County to help cancer patients in treatment and their families. Winners were, from top left, men’s first gross, from left, Travis Dyer, Frank Keenan, Jim Humphrey and Jon Humphrey. Men’s first net: Greg Graves, Jack Ireland, Brad Johnson and Rod Mahan. Women’s first gross: Alexis Madore, Marie Waddell, Sandy Beaupre and Betty Deveau. Women’s first net: Becky Pike, Bev Maynard, Emily Jose and Wendy Clark.
