BIDDEFORD/PORTLAND — Amelia H. Butler, daughter of Alvin and Karen Butler of West Gardiner, formerly of Houlton, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2012 spring semester at the University of New England. Dean’s List students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2009 graduate of Houlton Jr.-Sr. High School, Butler is a major in the dental hygiene program.
