Giving Tree

For its third consecutive year, Houlton Regional Hospital is host to a “giving” tree sponsored by The Northern Lighthouse.  Shown by the tree are, from left, Scott Cray and Henry Carpenter, staff of The Northern Lighthouse; and right, Carleen Hayes, volunteer at HRH and Deb Ellis, employee of HRH. Several of the hospital’s employees are participants in purchasing items listed on gift tags. Community members are invited to stop by Houlton Regional Hospital and pick a tag from the tree and help provide a better Christmas for a child in the area. The gifts can then be returned to the tree unwrapped with the tag by Dec. 17. The Northern Lighthouse serves families in southern Aroostook, as well as the entire County.
