Kid’s L.I.F.E. from Stetson Memorial United Methodist Church in Patten, recently teamed up with Molunkus Valley Chapter 95, Order of the Eastern Star in Sherman, under the direction of Worthy Matron, Wendy Anderson for a project.
On Nov. 14, the children and staff alike of the after school program, helped assemble blankets, bags, and tags for the Linus Blanket Program. The Linus Blankets are given to comfort ill or grieving children, and the project has been chosen by the Worthy Matron as the charity of her choice. Star members have also been working independently on the task, and has incorporated with Kid’s L.I.F.E.
