The Aroostook County grand jury completed its second session of 2013 on March 8, handing down 45 indictments against 45 individuals without any “no bills,” according to District Attorney Todd R. Collins.

Melissa R. O’Neill, 31, Washburn: aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Alicia Saucier, 30, Castle Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Vaughn A. Spaulding, 49, Presque Isle: criminal operating under the influence.
Benjamin R. Cyr, 27, Fort Kent: assault on officer, OUI, refusing to submit to arrest and disorderly conduct.
Tracy L. Richardson, 33, Washburn: theft of services and aggravated criminal mischief.
Mark L. Crouch, Jr., 37, Woodland: aggravated criminal trespass, assault and criminal mischief.
Lucas G. Sterris, 27, Easton: domestic violence stalking, domestic violence terrorizing and driving to endanger.
