MONTICELLO — The third-grade students in Cindy Peterson’s class at Wellington School in Monticello have been studying about a variety of Native American tribes throughout the United States.
Each student chose a tribe they were interested in and wrote a report about them. They also created a model of the tribe’s habitat. The projects were completed for parent-teacher conferences in March. Mrs. Virginia Urbanek assisted with the project.
