PROMOTED — The newest sergeant in the State Police is Chad Fuller from Dyer Brook.
Congratulating Fuller, left, is Colonel Robert Williams. Fuller is one of the three patrol sergeants in Aroostook County, as part of Troop F, where he has patrolled for the past 15 years as a trooper.
