Scottie Lee Bernard, 20, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Dwayne Blackwell, 52, Caribou: criminal mischief, dismissed.
Chase A. Brooker, 19, Fort Fairfield: operating under the influence, filed without costs; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $600 fine.
Annie Burgess, 20, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Michael Cash, 21, Woodland: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
Christopher E. Cassidy, 40, Caribou: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked; and OUI, $500 fine, 90 days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Martin K. Chambers, 51, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release and violating protective order, seven days in jail (each).
Jesse R. Cote, 30, Connor Twp.: rule violation (three counts), $100 fine (each).
Kerryann Cyr, 26, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs.
Ronald M. Cyr, 33, Caribou: assault, $300 fine.
Clair A. Doody, 27, Woodland: cultivating marijuana, $400 fine.
Tyler Doody, 36, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
Bradley Dow, 21, Mapleton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Mark Drever, 36, Ashburn, Va.: failing to attach moose tag to moose, $100 fine.
Lance R. Ellison, 43, Connor Twp.: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Tyler C. Farley, 22, Washburn: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Samuel J. Ingersoll, 19, Caribou: attaching false, $100 fine; and minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Jordan Jackson, 22, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Demario K. Johnson, 23, Calais: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
Corey R. Johnston, 26, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Scott Long, Sr., 40, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Maranda Mancos, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 45 days in jail (each); and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 45 days in jail.
Kerry Masse, 37, Caribou: keeping dangerous dog, $100 fine; and allowing dog to be at-large, $75 fine.
John A. McBreairty, 20, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Curtis J. Michaud, 49, Perham: allowing dog to be at-large, $75 fine.
Eric Mowatt, 25, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Rebecca L. Nersessian, 26, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
Ricky Ouellette, 53, Frenchville: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine.
Teresa Ouellette, 37, Woodland: OUI, not guilty; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine; assault, filed without costs; and violating condition of release, $100 fine.
Ryan D. Pelletier, 35, Fort Kent: obstructing report of crime and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Scott R. Plourde, 42, New Sweden: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
James Rasmussen, 20, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Randy Lee Reitmeyer, 57, Caribou: violating protective order, filed on $175 costs.
Bryan Saucier, 46, Presque Isle: wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $400 fine; discharging a firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $250 fine; unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow and hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, dismissed (each).
Roger Saucier, 23, Caribou: criminal mischief, dismissed.
Robyn E. St. Pierre, 29, Limestone: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Andrew D. Tarbox, 26, Limestone: domestic violence assault, $400 fine; and criminal restraint, $250 fine.
Lewis Waters, 43, Potomac Falls, Va.: failing to attach moose tag to moose, $100 fine.
