Nicholas Beaulieu, 31, Island Falls: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
John S. Belyea, Jr., 29, Charleston: probation violation, four years in prison and probation revoked.
Will B. Copley, 31, Houlton: possession of sexually explicit material of minor under 12, three years in prison, all but four months suspended and two years’ probation.
Laura Doughty, 26, Island Falls: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jesse Dumais, 37, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.
Mark O. Fogg, 21, Millinocket: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 14 days in jail (each).
Stewart W. Jones, 58, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Denise Lynn Kleier, 44, Lamar, Colo.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and failing to appear after bailed, dismissed (each).
Jessica L. Larson, 32, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; failing to register vehicle, $100 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine and 60-day license suspension; and theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.
Brittany Long, 23, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
Evan L. McLaughlin, 20, Millinocket: burglary (two counts), two years in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Robert L. Rutty, Jr., 24, Island Falls: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (each); and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $500 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Micah Ryan, 21, Ludlow: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed: and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, 24 months in prison, all but 56 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Laura Sloat, 35, Hodgdon: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force; reckless conduct; operating under the influence, injury and OUI, no test, prior, dismissed (each).
Troy Stackhouse, 34, Monticello: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Joseph L. Toner, 26, Hodgdon: probation violation, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ronald Trecartin, Jr. 30, Linneus: violating protective order (twelve counts), 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release (eight counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Robert C. Wright, III, 30, Bridgewater: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
