• Patrick Martin, 29, Princeton, Mass.: permitting unlawful operation of snowmobile, $100 fine.
• Cecilia L. Masters, 50, Westfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
• Reginald P. McIntyre, 27, Presque Isle: harassment, $200 fine.
• Jordan C. C. McLaughlin, 19, Wade: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Kyle W. McLeod, 23, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.
• Frank R. Mejias, 45, Chapman: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
• Daniel C. Michalka, 41, Ashland: operating snowmobile under the influence, $500 fine; and failing to comply with duty to submit, $300 fine.
• Jacob E. Miller, 40, Easton: burning prohibited material, $150 fine.
• Reed Moody, 22, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Kerrie Moores, 36, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Eugene P. Morrow, 68, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
• Robert J. Morrow, 47, Chapman: harassment by telephone, $250 fine.
• Ashley E. Morton, 21, Masardis: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
• Nathaniel Nadeau, 19, Oakland: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine; and minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

• Kirk Allen Sharp, 31, Castle Hill: violating protective order, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
