Take Off Pounds Chapter 0233 of Houlton met at the Aldergate building on High Street for its Friday, June 21 meeting. Fourteen TOPS were weighed and five KOPS (Keep Off Pounds).
Loser of the week was Betty Ivey with Janette Nelson as runner-up. Reports were given by Charlotte Marley, secretary’s report and Joanne Scott as weight recorder. Janette Nelson gave her monthly financial report.
Diane Folsom opened the meeting and roll call was given. The skinny dish was held over for another week and 50/50, newly instituted, was won by Kay Grass.
Some exercise time was given by Charlotte and we all participated.
Charlotte also headed the program taken from ‘’My Day One’’ program from a TOPS magazine. The topic was on weight loss and goals.
