The two-day County Open Golf Tournament, held a day each at VaJoWa Golf Club in Island Falls and the Houlton Community Golf Club in New Limerick, drew a small field of 32 golfers.
In the Men’s A Division, Evan McCarthy captured his second County Open title shooting a two-day total gross score of 146, while edging out runner-up Ian Gervais, who shot a 148.
First net in the A Division belonged to David Dubois with a two-day total of 133.2, with Warren Walker picking up second net with a score of 134.4.
Other golfers playing in the A Division were: Mike Fleming, Porter Gervais, Austin Lancaster, Scot Walker and Jerry York.

In the Men’s B Division, Cameron J. Clark captured the overall gross score of 140.2, while William Robinson finished second with a 143.
Ryan Dee claimed first net with a score of 142.4 and second net went to Tim Thompson with a 144.6.
Others golfing in the B Division were: Marty Bouchard, Joe Clukey, Alex Donovan, Bill Dwyer, Jordan Hill, Gary Stewart and Ben Tuttle.
In the Men’s C Division, first gross score was accumulated by Drew Marino with a 146.2, while Tom Moakler shot a 150.4 for second.
Kevin Tuttle carded a 146.6 for first net, while tied for second net were Dewey DeWitt and Chuck Moody each with a 151.2.
Other golfers in the C Division were: Ben Lynds, Tony Marino and Larry Tonzi.
For a second year in a row, Lou Ann Dwyer scored a 142.2 for first place in the Women’s Division, with Bev Osborn picking up first net, shooting a 147.
Capping off the women golfers were: Jennifer Carr, Barbara Moakler and Nancy Thompson.
