CARIBOU — Members of the Caribou Masonic Lodge will be holding an Open House on Thursday, Sept. 5 from 6 – 7:15 p.m. at their 41 Hatch Drive facility, providing attendees with free ice cream and willing to serve up any information about Masonry for interested individuals. Tours of the Caribou Masonic Lodge will also be available on request.

Officials are hoping that the Open House, held in conjunction with the Thursdays on Sweden Event, will raise awareness about the Caribou Masonic Lodge Chapter.
“We’ve been here since the mid 1800s as an active group, and we continue striving to be an active and strong supporter of the community,” said Mason David Spooner.
Aside from serving up plenty of ice cream during the last days of summer — which officially ends on Sunday, Sept. 22 — members of the Caribou Masonic Lodge do plenty throughout the year to help the greater Caribou area; activities sponsored by the group include the popular Bikes for Books program, ringing bells for the Salvation Army during the holiday season, and sponsoring a blood drive through the American Red Cross.
Later this month, Caribou Masons will be sponsoring their Child ID program.쇓
