HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Sunday, Sept. 29 to Saturday, Oct. 5.
Sunday, September 29
12:51 a.m. – Officer Drew responded to Sugarloaf St. to arrest a 35-year-old New Limerick man, Daniel Bouchard for unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating conditions of release, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
5:53 a.m. – Officer Nason responded to Foxcroft Road to check on suspicious activity.
6:35 a.m. – Officer McGuire responded to Broadway St. to arrest a 33-year-old Presque Isle man, Christopher Davis, on an outstanding arrest warrant.
12:14 p.m. – Officer Nason responded to Ludlow Road to arrest a 61-year-old High Springs, Fla. man, Charles T. Pipkin for failing to make oral or written accident report and operating under the influence.
1:42 p.m. – Officer McGuire responded to North St. to check out an active bank alarm.
2:27 p.m. – Officer McGuire responded to School St. to do a building check.
3:45 p.m. – Officer Sucy responded to North St. to summons a 79-year-old Nortondale, N.J. man for theft by deception.
6:48 p.m. – Officer Sucy responded to Columbia St. for an animal complaint.
11:43 p.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to Reservoir Hill Road to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
Monday, September 30
6:05 a.m. – Officer York responded to Military St. to check on suspicious person.
11:41 a.m. – ACO Upton responded to Reservoir Hill Road for an animal complaint.
2:30 p.m. – Officer York responded to Broadway St. to investigate a report of criminal threatening.
