LITTLETON, Maine — “Dinoman” brought a fun educational program to students in pre-K to third grade at both Wellington and Houlton elementary schools on Dec. 13.

This informative program covered information about the age of the earth, how it was divided into eras, how fossils were formed, dinosaur behavior and the newest finds.
Bob Lisaius of Vermont is the show’s creator. He travels throughout the United States and Canada. He has appeared on several well known television shows.
Students were mesmerized with the size of the dinosaurs. Lisaius brings life-size blow-up creatures made of nylon fabric. Once inflated, the three gigantic animals and background scenery nearly filled half the gymnasium space.
Abby Cox of Wellingto School liked the part when he chose volunteers from the audience.
“I thought it was pretty cool when he pulled the chair out from under Dylan,” she said.
Another student, Elizabeth Dahlk really liked being able to touch the dinaosaurs at the end of the show and she especially liked the part when Dinoman put a needle through the balloon and it didn’t pop.
The program was sponsored by the P.T.C. groups from both schools
