The winner of the Stitchin’ an’ a Givin’ quilt raffle was Merle Bragg Sr. from Wade.
It was a good fundraiser for Hospice Memory Quilts. The group would like to thank everyone for their wonderful support.
Club opens kitchen
The Washburn Trail Runners Snowmobile Club’s kitchen opened for Weekend Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 4 and 5. They will be open every weekend until the end of March. Hours are Saturday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Sunday, 6 a.m. to noon. You can find a menu and prices on the club’s Facebook page.
After School Program
The 21st Century After School Program at Washburn Elementary School will begin again on Monday, Jan. 6.
