Are there budding artists at home? Here is their chance to let them practice their talent. The Houlton Recreation Department will be offering a six-week Children’s Art Program with instructor Frank Sullivan. Youth in
grades 2-4 are encouraged to participate. Classes will start on Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 3-4:30 p.m. Cost is $40 and the class is limited to 12 children. Registration is required. Call 532-1310 by Feb. 20.
