CARIBOU — Officials with the Caribou Public Library will be sponsoring a book signing for local author Vaughan Hardacker on Saturday, March 15 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Hardacker, of Caribou, has written a fast paced thriller entitled “Sniper” that follows Boston police detectives as they hunt down a deranged sniper.
“Sniper” is Hardacker’s first full-length novel to be published, although his short fiction has been published by a number of periodicals such as E.C.H.O.E.S. as well as in several anthologies. His short story, “Bagging the Trophy” appeared in “Deadfall: Crime Stories of New England”. Hardacker’s book is selling for $14.95.
