Little and Junior Miss
The United Way of Aroostook will once again be sponsoring the Little Miss and Junior Miss Presque Isle pageants on Saturday, April 12.
Organizers are busy making plans for the event, with an informational meeting set for Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m. at the UWA office at 9 Dyer St., Suite 2 — second floor of the Machias Savings Bank.
Applications will be at the schools and are also available on the UWA website: www.unitedwayofaroostook.org.

Pre-Teen and Teen Miss
Preparations are underway for the Pre-Teen and Teen Miss Presque Isle Pageants, which serve as a fundraiser for the Presque Isle High School Class of 2016.
There will be an information meeting for anyone interested in participating in the Pre-Teen category (grades 4 and 5) and the Teen division (grades 9 and 10). The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the PIHS cafeteria. All participants must live in Presque Isle.
The pageant will take place on Saturday, May 3, at the PIHS Auditorium, with the time to be determined at a later date.
