    HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Sunday, Feb. 23 to Saturday, March 1.
Sunday, February 23
    12:35 a.m. – Sgt. Wampler responded to Bird St. to check out an active burglary alarm.

    12:00 p.m. – Officer York responded to North St. to investigate a report of assault.
    12:49 p.m. – Officer Bickford responded to River St. to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    6:00 p.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to Hartford St. to assist the Houlton ambulance.
    6:23 p.m. – Cpl. Duff responded to the Port of Entry to summons a 21-year-old male for sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    7:12 p.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to River St. to check out a report of a disturbance.
    9:40 p.m. – Cpl. Duff responded to Hartford St. to assist at the Aroostook County Jail.
    9:59 p.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to Franklin Ave. to check out a report of domestic juvenile problems.
Monday, February 24
    6:33 a.m. – Officer Nason responded to I-95 to check out a report of suspicious activity.
    9:36 a.m. – Officer Nason responded to Park St. to arrest a 24-year-old Houlton male, Carlos Gautier Lipsett, for failure to appear.
    10:00 a.m. – Officer McGuire responded to River St. to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
    10:15 a.m. – Officer Nason responded to Green St. for an animal complaint.
    12:15 p.m. – Officer Nason responded to Military St. to investigate a report of harassment.
    3:14 p.m. – Officer Nason responded to Smyrna St. for an animal complaint.
    3:49 p.m. – Officer McGuire responded to Military St. to investigate a report of harassment.
    4:01 p.m. – Officer McGuire responded to North St. to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    4:39 p.m. – Officer Nason responded to Mechanic St. to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
    5:52 p.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to Foxcroft Rd. to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    6:23 p.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to Maliseet Dr. to assist the Old Town Police Department.
    7:02 p.m. – Officer Drew responded to Front Ridge Rd. to investigate a deer/motor vehicle accident.

    3:19 a.m. – Sgt. Crouse responded to Bangor St. to assist the Houlton Fire Department with a suspicious situation.
    12:37 p.m. – Officer Nason responded to Hillview Avenue to give escort.
    1:34 p.m. – Officer McGuire responded to Military St. to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    3:35 p.m. – Officer Nason responded to Sugarloaf St. to assist another agency.
    11:27 p.m. – Sgt. Wampler responded to North St. to investigate a disabled motor vehicle.
Wednesday, February 26

    1:22 p.m. – Officer Bickford responded to Prospect St. for an animal complaint.
    3:50 p.m. – ACO Upton responded to Holland St. for an animal complaint.
    4:03 p.m. – Officer York responded to Green St. to arrest a 24-year-old Smyrna male, Peter Cummings, for tampering with a witness and violating conditions of release.

    6:15 p.m. – Officer Sucy responded to Military St. to arrest a 38-year-old Island Falls male, Randy Phelps, for failure to pay a fine.

    5:49 p.m. – Officer Sucy responded to North St. to summons two people for theft, a 66-year-old female and a 67-year-old male, both of Hartland, N.B.
